Use of Photovoltaic clean energy
The total installed capacity of the first phase of the PV project of Lingwe Factory in Anhui plant is 1.12MW, and the average annual generating capacity is about 1.0953 million KWH, which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 350 families. On average, it can save 335.12 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide by 920.34 tons, and reduce sulfur dioxide by 11.23 tons every year.
Water purification equipment
Lingwe Factory in Hunan plant water purification system is mainly used for press filtration washing, the process adopts multi-stage washing, step by step reuse of washing water, effectively reduce product washing water about 1/3. According to the annual output of 20,000 tons of base material, about 160,000 tons of water can be saved every year.
Product packaging bag upgrade
Optimize product packaging bags by reducing the use of non-degradable plastic bags and disposable plastic woven bags, thereby decreasing the consumption of non-degradable materials generated by production and business.
